Michael Symon is co-host of Food Network’s Iron Chef America and Burgers, Brew & Cue and was a co-host ABC’s The Chew. He launched Symon Home on HSN and is chef and co-owner of the acclaimed restaurants Lola Bistro and Mabel’s BBQ, both in Cleveland, as well as Mabel’s BBQ and Sara’s in Las Vegas, BSpot burger restaurant throughout Ohio and in Detroit, and Roast in Detroit.
